In Cagayan Valley, they are developing the so-called Boracay of the North. :) I havent seen it yet but they said that the sand are as good as Pagudpud's :D
i haven't gone back to Pagudpud in the loooongest time! been there only once, actually, but i really love it there. too bad it's so far away from Quezon City. D:
