Ohhh. Where do I start?

I have a feeling we can all do this look. Sometimes it's a the lack of imagination and shortage of inspiration and generally the Philippine weather, that keeps us from making use of what's available in our closet.

First, I know this look has a lot of layers. But i love layers. That's the whole point of dressing up. To decorate our body with clothes. As if I am not ambitious enough, I just don't want a single piece of clothing covering me but pile and pile of clothes if possible. But not the Joey Tribbiani kind of layering. (Do you remember that episode? Going commando and ducking in?) Just light pieces to build up volume and not the boring body tight tops and skinny jeans. There's nothing wrong with skinny jeans, it's the super tight tops i see women wear that really bugs me. IMHO tight tops and tight jeans don't mix nice. It sends a wrong signal. - that that person buys her tops from the children's department and throws it in the dryer for more shrinking power. c",)

I love everything Rachel Roy. Especially her jewelry collection. When it comes to accessorizing, necklace is my attraction. It's just too bad I can't wear one these days. But that won't stop me from ogling these necklaces and maybe one day own one of her unique creations.

It's a Cruel Cruel Summer

Years ago, i actually thought summer was the best thing that's ever happened to me. it is the perfect weather. I do not think that now. I am now dreading summer. Especially when you have a baby. Sometimes it makes my boy so cranky and sometimes me. It is raining tonight. I wish it would stop now so there will be some rain left on a daytime where we need it the most. And everyday is a struggle to come up with a decent and weather appropriate outfit. I hope it doesn't sound shallow, because I am talking about the effort put into thinking and convincing yourself not to go out nudie every single day.

How's your summer so far? Do you like it? I really don't.

I love stripes. And colors. That is all.

I am deeply sorry. I wanna say more but the baby boy is about wake up. My left hand is rocking his hammock, so I can only type with my right hand. Plus I am singing and thinking of what to blog at the same time. Can you imagine the fun I'm in? oh my dog. I am a mother.
