Officially his first legit word is Meh-Meh. That's me. His second word is gah gah gah. I don't know who that is. And yesterday I woke up to his softest cutest-little-voice-on-earth saying ah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah. He's been saying it forever since then. Even caught it on a video. I called Jayson and told him that Yllac has finally learned his name. The daddy cannot believe it until of course he heard it himself. And when he finally did, Oh his face just lights up. Yllac's a little over seven months now and it's just so cute that he mimics me each time i say dah dah dah dah. He'd say it over and over again in a very gummy way, you know his lower gums showing and drooling. So. So.Cute.
I cannot believe this kind of joy I feel right now. I am so glad am always with my boy to witness all his firsts. Please do not grow up too fast. But grow real tall and smart and good, please do. I am his mom so do not wish for him to be a smurf but please let teenage drama, high school, girl/love problems, peer pressure and college and heartbreak be millions and billions and zillions of light-years away. I love that you are here and ours and loving Meh-Meh and ah-Dah-Dah-Dah. Just us for now and Koffy and Grandmas and Grandpas. And I love all kinds of noise you brought in our home.
