I wore this outfit a week ago to a little family date night. We pretended it was only me and Jayson kind of date since Yllac was pretty much busy circling the other tables of an empty restaurant. Did i say empty restaurants are awesome? Okay, they may be empty because they serve not so nice food, but to us - mom and dad of a not yet two year old boy, oh gosh it was the most romantic place on earth. Perfect! Forget about the food, as long as there's coffee and cheap nachos we're fine. It was a great night. We went home bloated with nachos and took home a totally dizzy baby ready for bed and prayed for the restaurant's life before we sleep. Hoping the next time we visit it's still on business. BUt we had such a great time. Empty restaurant, you rock!

What are you Grateful for today?

Me? 

Jayson's family. My other Mom and Dad.

Jayson's sister. I don't have a sister.

I got lucky marrying into them.

Today, they invited us over for brunch.

They knew we're all sick and we can't cook

They fed us the most delicious tasty food today. 

Even though we have colds I can still taste how good those food were.

Right now we're back in our home. 

Boys are napping and here I am telling the world what a wonderful family I have.

And boasting a little because our fridge is filled with food to last until this cold goes away.

Thank you family. What am I gonna do without you?

DIY - Acrylic Gemstones Clutch

 

I always wanted a sparkling clutch so i made one. It really is super easy. The key to this diy is finding these acrylic gemstones. Found mine at our local craft store. And I think if you have the time, or you live in Manila, you can go to Quiapo. You can buy these by the bulk and in much cheaper price. Plus you'll have greater option on what material to use. So basically I used a super strong glue that sticks and dry in no time. But be very careful when you're using mighty bond because it dries fast and can chip off a chunk of your skin. Ouch! I wanted to cover the whole clutch but my fingertips are hurting right now as we speak.

easy ei? Oh! I cannot wait to use this on a date night.

the clutch was for my arms and these are for my feet.....THE next project. Soon as i find the right shoes...

Over The Weekend

....i am finishing a little silly project. Will share it soon.

we stayed in bed most of the time, catch up on sleep from all our late night dates over the weekend. And in the morning we watched movies after movies. The Lorax, Despicable Me and the four Mission Impossible movies. (So weird to see Tom Cruise age in front of your eyes within 7 hours) And when the scene is too exciting for our little movie fanatic here, he'd hide in the bathroom, scream and throw things.

our weekend isn't complete without the goodness of milk tea. 

...on the third day of our weekend we're all plagued by a nasty cold. You need a nose plug right now, because you might get sick just by reading here. We're that contagious. A virus multiplied by three. Our nose are crying. And by the way, where was that blood of the lamb when you need it most? c",)

I hope you're all having a great day and healthy as a cow. We're off to bed now. The plague isn't over.
